What data I collect
From the contact form: name, email, company (optional), what you need, and your message. The hosting provider also records technical logs (IP address, browser, date and time) needed to keep the site running.
I do not collect special categories of data. Please do not send health, biometric, or other sensitive information through the form.
Why I process it, and the legal bases
To reply to a request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at your request before a contract).
To run and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in keeping the service available and safe).
To contact you at the details you give me, after you tick the consent box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who receives the data
I read the messages. FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the form by email. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides CDN, DNS, and security. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Transfers outside the EU
FormSubmit and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Transfers rest on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.
How long I keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for 12 months, or longer if a contract follows and the data is needed to run it. Server logs follow Cloudflare’s retention. I delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened. Write to filippogasiani11@gmail.com.
You can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
